DPP10 Antibody (C-1) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects DPP10 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). DPP10 (C-1) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Dipeptidyl peptidases, such as DPP10, play a crucial role in regulating the activity of their substrates and have been implicated in several diseases, including type 2 diabetes, obesity, and cancer. DPP10, also known as dipeptidyl-peptidase 10 or DPRP3, is a non-functional dipeptidyl peptidase that interacts with voltage-gated potassium channels KV4.1 and KV4.2, influencing their expression and biophysical properties. This interaction is significant as DPP10 may modulate the activity of these channels, which are essential for maintaining the electrical excitability of neurons and cardiac cells. DPP10 is primarily expressed in the spinal cord, adrenal glands, pancreas, and brain tissues, where DPP10 may serve as a modulator for the cell surface expression and functionality of KV4.1 and KV4.2 channels, thereby playing a vital role in cellular signaling and excitability.
