DP-1/3 Antibody (L7-7) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects DP-1/3 of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-DP-1/3 antibody (L7-7) is available as a non-conjugated format. DP-1/3 plays a crucial role in cell cycle regulation, particularly in the transition from G1 phase to S phase, which is vital for proper cell proliferation and function. DP-1/3 belongs to a larger family of transcription factors including E2F, which activates genes necessary for DNA synthesis.
