SEE ALSO...

DGK-ε Antibody (AA9) is a mouse monoclonal IgG3 antibody that detects DGK-epsilon protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-DGK-epsilon antibody (AA9) is available as a non-conjugated format. DGK-epsilon protein plays a crucial role in cellular signaling by phosphorylating diacylglycerol (DAG) to generate phosphatidic acid, both of which are important lipid second messengers involved in various signaling pathways. This enzymatic activity is vital for regulating processes such as cell activation, proliferation, and apoptosis, making DGK-epsilon a significant player in maintaining cellular homeostasis and response to external stimuli. Notably, DGK-epsilon exhibits specificity for arachidonyl-containing diacylglycerol and is predominantly expressed in the testis, suggesting potential involvement in reproductive signaling pathways. The diverse expression patterns and regulatory functions of DGK isoforms underscore their importance in both normal physiology and disease states, highlighting the relevance of DGK-epsilon monoclonal antibody (AA9) in research focused on cellular signaling mechanisms and related disorders.

I am using the LiCor/Odyssey system. Which secondary antibody do you recommend using with DGK-ε (AA9): sc-100372 monoclonal antibody?

Asked by: TinTin
We recommend using one of our our exclusive Mouse IgG Binding Proteins (m-IgGλ) conjugated to CFL 680 or CFL 790. They are suitable for use with Near-Infrared (NIR) detection systems, such as LI-COR/Odyssey and other comparable systems. A complete list of available binding proteins is available on our website here: https://www.scbt.com/scbt/browse/support-products-mouse-igg-binding-proteins/_/N-ecrety
