DENR Antibody (22) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects DENR protein of mouse, rat, human, and canine origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), and immunofluorescence (IF). Anti-DENR antibody (22) is available as a non-conjugated format. DENR protein, also known as density-regulated protein or smooth muscle cell-associated protein 3 (SMAP-3), is a 198 amino acid protein whose expression increases in cells under high-density conditions, highlighting a role in cellular responses to environmental cues. DENR is predominantly located in skeletal and cardiac muscle tissues, playing a crucial role in regulating protein synthesis and cellular growth. DENR presence in these tissues suggests involvement in muscle development and function, as well as in cellular mechanisms governing growth and proliferation.
