ΔN p73 Antibody (4H223) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody engineered to detect the ΔN p73 protein, also known as Np73 or tumor protein p73, in mouse, rat, and human samples through western blotting (WB) applications. ΔN p73 monoclonal antibody (4H223) targets an epitope within amino acids 2-13 of the ΔN p73 isoform, ensuring selective recognition without cross-reactivity with the full-length p73 protein. The ΔN p73 protein is an N-terminally truncated variant of the TP73 gene product, which plays a pivotal role in regulating cellular processes such as apoptosis, cell cycle progression, and tumor suppression.
