    SEE ALSO...

DDX43 Antibody (LW-M1) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects DDX43 protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-DDX43 antibody (LW-M1) is available as a non-conjugated monoclonal isotype antibody. DDX43, also known as CT13 or HAGE, is a 648 amino acid protein that plays a crucial role in various cellular processes, particularly in RNA metabolism. DDX43 contains one KH domain, one helicase C-terminal domain, and one helicase ATP-binding domain, which are essential for its function as an ATP-dependent RNA helicase. DDX43 is predominantly expressed in the testis and is found at elevated levels in several tumors, suggesting involvement in tumorigenesis and metastasis. DDX43 presence in cancer cells may indicate potential as a biomarker for tumor progression and a target for therapeutic intervention. Understanding DDX43 function is vital, as DDX43 may influence RNA secondary structure modifications and the assembly of ribosomes and spliceosomes, processes that are critical for proper gene expression and cellular function.
