DDX36 Antibody (B-6) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects DDX36 of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). DDX36 Antibody (B-6) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. DDX36, also known as DEAH box protein 36, is a crucial RNA helicase that plays a significant role in RNA metabolism regulation, particularly in degradation and deadenylation of mRNAs containing AU-rich elements in their 3′-untranslated region. This function maintains cellular homeostasis and regulates gene expression, especially during processes such as spermatogenesis and sex development, where precise control of mRNA stability is essential.
