DAP-5 Antibody (35) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects Death-associated protein 5 (DAP-5) in mouse, rat, human, bovine, and canine samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), and immunofluorescence (IF). DAP-5 is a crucial member of the eukaryotic translation initiation factor-4G (eIF4G) family, playing a significant role in protein synthesis regulation. DAP-5 is predominantly located in the cytoplasm, where DAP-5 interacts with other translation initiation factors, such as eIF4A and eIF3, to form translationally inactive complexes.
