SEE ALSO...

Cytoplasmic CysRS Antibody (A-3) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects Cytoplasmic CysRS of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-Cytoplasmic CysRS antibody (A-3) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Cytoplasmic CysRS (A-3) antibody recognizes Cysteinyl-tRNA synthetase, a crucial enzyme in protein synthesis responsible for specific aminoacylation of tRNA with L-cysteine, essential for accurate translation of genetic information into proteins. Cytoplasmic CysRS (A-3) monoclonal antibody targets a member of the class-I aminoacyl-tRNA synthetase family consisting of 748 amino acids, functioning as a monomer that binds one zinc ion per subunit for catalytic activity. Anti-Cytoplasmic CysRS antibody (A-3) detects a protein whose chromosomal aberrations have been linked to inflammatory myofibroblastic tumors (IMTs). Cytoplasmic CysRS exists in two isoforms due to alternative splicing, highlighting complex regulation and diverse cellular roles.
