CXCR-4 Antibody (12G5) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody raised against living CP-MAC-infected SUP-T1 cells, specifically targeting the CXCR-4 protein of human origin, and is validated for applications including immunoprecipitation (IP) and flow cytometry (FCM). CXCR-4, a member of the C-X-C chemokine receptor family, is a G protein-coupled receptor characterized by its seven transmembrane domains and its interaction with stromal cell-derived factor-1 (SDF-1).
