    SEE ALSO...

CWC15 Antibody (H-1) is a mouse monoclonal IgA antibody that detects CWC15 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-CWC15 antibody (H-1) is available as the non-conjugated form. CWC15 protein, also known as CWC15 spliceosome-associated protein, ORF5, Cwf15, C11orf5, or HSPC14, consists of 229 amino acids and plays a crucial role in pre-mRNA splicing, a fundamental process in gene expression that ensures correct maturation of messenger RNA. CWC15 protein is primarily located in the nucleus, where CWC15 (H-1) antibody can detect its presence in the spliceosome complex, which is essential for removing introns from pre-mRNA transcripts. Proper functioning of CWC15 is vital for maintaining cellular homeostasis and regulating gene expression, as errors in splicing can lead to various diseases, including cancer and genetic disorders. CWC15 gene is situated on human chromosome 11q21, a region known for its dense association with numerous genes linked to various diseases, including ataxia-telangiectasia and several blood disorders. Using anti-CWC15 antibody (H-1) in research can provide valuable insights into RNA processing mechanisms and their implications in health and disease.
