CRM1 Antibody (H-7) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects CRM1 in mouse, rat, and human samples through various applications including western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). CRM1 (H-7) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and multiple conjugated forms, such as agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and various Alexa Fluor® conjugates. CRM1, also known as exportin 1, plays a crucial role in nuclear export of proteins and RNA, facilitating transport of molecules from nucleus to cytoplasm.
