CRLF3 Antibody (D-10) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects CRLF3 of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). CRLF3 (D-10) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. CRLF3, also known as cytokine receptor-like factor 3, plays a crucial role in cellular signaling and regulates the G0/G1 phase of the cell cycle, essential for controlling cell proliferation and maintaining normal cellular function. This regulation is particularly important in cancer, as dysregulation of the cell cycle can lead to uncontrolled cell growth and tumor development. CRLF3 is expressed in various pathological conditions, including actinic keratosis and squamous cell carcinoma, highlighting potential as a biomarker for these diseases. The gene encoding CRLF3 is located on human chromosome 17, a region associated with key tumor suppressor genes such as p53 and BRCA1, both critical in maintaining genomic stability and preventing cancer. Understanding CRLF3 function in cellular processes can provide valuable insights into cancer biology and therapeutic targeting.
