Crk II Antibody (B-4) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects Crk II in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-Crk II antibody (B-4) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. The Crk family of adapter proteins, which includes Crk-II, Crk-I, and Crk-L, is characterized by SH2 and SH3 domains that play crucial roles in cellular signaling. Crk II becomes rapidly tyrosine-phosphorylated upon insulin-like growth factor I (IGF-I) stimulation, making this phosphorylation essential for activating downstream signaling cascades that regulate cell growth, survival, and differentiation.
