I have used this antibody fro western blotting in murine microglial cell lysates with LPS stimulated condition. i got 2 bands at 35kDa and 55kDa . why it is differ from thier original molecular weight ??

Thank you for your question For Western blot, we recommend a dilution range of 1:200 - 1:1000. However, we recommend starting at 1:200.
