SEE ALSO...

Coronin 1A Antibody (14.1) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects Coronin 1A of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-Coronin 1A antibody (14.1) is available as a non-conjugated format. Coronin 1A, also known as CORO1A, TACO, and p57, plays a crucial role in regulating cell motility and cytoskeletal dynamics by localizing to submembranous areas and interacting with actin filaments. Coronin 1A is essential for forming coiled coil-mediated homotrimeric complexes, which are vital for early phagosome formation, thereby influencing immune responses. Additionally, Coronin 1A participates in phosphorylation processes that modulate activity and interactions with other proteins, such as Coronin 1B, which regulates leading edge dynamics in fibroblasts. The intricate balance of these interactions is critical for maintaining cellular functions, including migration and morphology, making Coronin 1A a significant player in both normal physiology and pathological conditions.

I was using coronin1A antibody (sc-366201). I was planning to order it again but the problem is that the current list of coronin 1a antibodies is not having this one on this website. What should I do?

Asked by: Hriday S Pandey
Thank you for your question. Our rabbit polyclonal antibody, sc-366201: Coronin 1A (H-300) is now discontinued. As an alternative, we would recommend using our new mouse monoclonal antibody, Coronin 1A (14.1): sc-100925. https://www.scbt.com/scbt/product/coronin-1a-antibody-14-1
