    SEE ALSO...

COMMD8 Antibody (F-1) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects COMMD8 of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). COMMD8 Antibody (F-1) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. COMMD8, a member of the highly conserved COMMD family, consists of 183 amino acids and is predominantly expressed in the thyroid, where COMMD8 plays a crucial role in cellular processes. COMMD8 is involved in regulating the NFκB signaling pathway, which is essential for controlling immune responses and inflammation. This regulation is vital as NFκB dysregulation can lead to various diseases, including cancer and autoimmune disorders. COMMD8 interacts with other COMMD family members, contributing to a network of protein-protein interactions that facilitate diverse cellular functions, such as copper homeostasis and epithelial sodium channel modulation. COMMD8′s unique properties and specific interactions underscore COMMD8′s importance in maintaining cellular health and responding to physiological stressors.
