CMV pp28 Antibody (5C3) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a antibody that detects the CMV pp28 protein of CMV origin by western blotting (WB) and immunofluorescence (IF). Anti-CMV pp28 antibody (5C3) is available as the non-conjugated format. Cytomegalovirus (CMV), also known as human herpesvirus 5 (HHV-5), is a member of the herpes virus family, which includes other notable viruses such as herpes simplex virus types 1 and 2, Varicella Zoster Virus, and Epstein Barr virus.
