CLLD6 Antibody (A-6) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects CLLD6 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-CLLD6 antibody (A-6) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. CLLD6, also known as SPRYD7 or C13orf1, is a 196 amino acid protein characterized by the presence of a B30.2/SPRY domain, which plays a significant role in protein-protein interactions and cellular signaling pathways. CLLD6 is predominantly expressed in the heart, skeletal muscle, and testis, with lower expression levels observed in the thymus, peripheral blood leukocytes, lymph nodes, and bone marrow. CLLD6 localization suggests a potential role in muscle and cardiac function, as well as in the immune response. Located on human chromosome 13, a region that harbors key tumor suppressor genes such as BRCA2 and RB1, CLLD6 may be vital for regulating cell growth and preventing tumorigenesis. CLLD6 expression in these tissues and interactions with other proteins may provide insights into functions in health and disease, particularly in chronic lymphocytic leukemia, where expression may be altered.
