CLIM-2 Antibody (L15) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b light chain antibody that detects CLIM-2 in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). CLIM-2, also known as the nuclear LIM interactor, plays a crucial role in forming transcriptional regulatory complexes by interacting with LIM-only proteins like LMO2 and LMO4, which are essential for gene expression regulation. Anti-CLIM-2 antibody (L15) facilitates research into the assembly of heteromeric LIM complexes, which enhance nuclear retention of LIM proteins and ensure proper transcriptional regulation. CLIM-2′s presence in various cell types, including thymic precursor cells and mature T cells, underscores its significance in cellular differentiation and development. CLIM-2 (L15) antibody helps researchers gain valuable insights into molecular mechanisms underlying gene regulation and functional roles of LIM proteins in different biological contexts.
