CLIM-2 Antibody (C-9) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects CLIM-2 in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). CLIM-2 (C-9) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. CLIM-2 plays a crucial role in forming transcriptional regulatory complexes, particularly with LIM-only (LMO) proteins, which are essential for gene expression regulation. LMO1 and LMO2 are characterized by a conserved LIM domain that facilitates interaction with other nuclear factors, such as nuclear LIM interactor (NLI), also known as CLIM-1.
