CKR-7 Antibody (4B12) is a rat monoclonal IgG2a antibody that detects CKR-7 in mouse samples through flow cytometry (FCM). CKR-7, also known as C-C chemokine receptor type 7, is a 378 amino acid multi-pass membrane protein that plays a crucial role in the immune system by mediating lymphocyte migration to inflammation sites. CKR-7 (4B12) monoclonal antibody recognizes a receptor predominantly expressed in activated B- and T-lymphocytes and various lymphoid tissues, where anti-CKR-7 antibody (4B12) functions as a receptor for the chemokine MIP-3β. CKR-7 facilitates normal lymphocyte function, which is essential for an effective immune response. CKR-7 has been implicated in the pathogenesis of certain diseases, including cancer and autoimmune disorders, making CKR-7 a significant target for therapeutic interventions. Using anti-CKR-7 antibody (4B12) in research can provide valuable insights into lymphocyte trafficking dynamics and immune regulation mechanisms.
