CKR-5 Antibody (D-6) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects CKR-5 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). CKR-5 (D-6) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. CKR-5 protein, also known as CCR5, is a member of the C-C chemokine receptor family, which plays a crucial role in immune response by mediating chemotaxis of T cells and monocytes to sites of inflammation.
