SEE ALSO...

CIN85 Antibody (A-7) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects CIN85 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). CIN85 Antibody (A-7) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. CIN85 plays a crucial role in cellular signaling by acting as an adaptor molecule that facilitates the assembly of multimeric complexes essential for various cellular processes, including T-cell activation and regulation of kidney glomeruli function. CIN85′s structure features three SH3 domains, a proline-rich region, and a coiled-coil domain, which enable interactions with a wide range of proteins, including CD2AP, another key adaptor protein. These interactions coordinate signaling pathways that regulate the downregulation and degradation of receptor tyrosine kinases, thereby influencing critical cellular responses such as apoptosis in neuronal cells. CIN85′s association with endocytic proteins and components of the actin cytoskeleton further underscores CIN85′s importance in modulating receptor signaling and maintaining cellular homeostasis.
