CIN85 Antibody (A-7) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects CIN85 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). CIN85 Antibody (A-7) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. CIN85 plays a crucial role in cellular signaling by acting as an adaptor molecule that facilitates the assembly of multimeric complexes essential for various cellular processes, including T-cell activation and regulation of kidney glomeruli function. CIN85′s structure features three SH3 domains, a proline-rich region, and a coiled-coil domain, which enable interactions with a wide range of proteins, including CD2AP, another key adaptor protein.
