Cig2 Antibody (CIG2 3A11/5) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects Cig2 protein of Schizosaccharomyces pombe origin by western blotting (WB) and immunoprecipitation (IP). anti-Cig2 antibody (CIG2 3A11/5) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Cig2 is a B-type cyclin that plays a crucial role as the catalytic subunit of cyclin-dependent kinases (Cdks) in fission yeast, specifically during cell cycle transitions from G1 to S phase and from G2 to M phase.
