    SEE ALSO...

CHRAC17 Antibody (E-11) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects CHRAC17 of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). CHRAC17 (E-11) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. CHRAC17 plays a crucial role in chromatin remodeling, which is essential for DNA replication and gene expression. CHRAC17 functions as a subunit of the chromatin accessibility complex (CHRAC), which enhances nucleosomal DNA accessibility by utilizing ATP to remodel chromatin structures. This remodeling allows transcriptional regulators to access DNA at the origin of replication, overcoming nucleosome inhibitory effects. CHRAC17, along with CHRAC15, facilitates histone organization into a regularly spaced array, critical for maintaining proper chromatin structure and function. CHRAC′s ability to function during chromatin assembly sets CHRAC apart from other chromatin remodeling factors, making CHRAC17 an important player in gene expression regulation and cellular processes.
