Thank you for your question. This rabbit polyclonal antibody has epitopes corresponding to amino acids 1-182 mapping at the N-terminus of CFTR of human origin. According to Uniprot, this means the antibody can recognize epitopes that are both extracellular (aa 99-122), and cytoplasmic (aa 1-77 & 147-195). https://www.uniprot.org/uniprot/P13569#subcellular_location
