SEE ALSO...

CEMIP Antibody (3C12) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects CEMIP protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-CEMIP antibody (3C12) is available as the non-conjugated format. CEMIP, also known as KIAA1199, plays a crucial role in the regulation of extracellular matrix remodeling and is implicated in various pathological processes, including cancer progression and fibrosis. CEMIP′s ability to modulate matrix metalloproteinases highlights its importance in tissue homeostasis and repair. Dysregulation of CEMIP expression has been associated with several diseases, making CEMIP a potential biomarker for diagnosis and a target for therapeutic intervention. CEMIP is primarily localized in the cytoplasm, where CEMIP interacts with other proteins involved in cellular signaling pathways, further emphasizing CEMIP′s significance in maintaining cellular functions. With versatile applications in research, CEMIP monoclonal antibody (3C12) serves as an essential tool for scientists studying CEMIP′s intricate roles in health and disease.
