CEACAM5/6 Antibody (MUS) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects CEACAM5/6 in human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and flow cytometry (FCM). CEACAM5/6, part of the carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) family, plays a crucial role in cell adhesion and signaling, which is vital for maintaining tissue architecture and facilitating communication between cells. CEACAM5/6 is predominantly expressed in epithelial tissues, particularly in the gastrointestinal tract, where CEACAM5/6 is involved in the regulation of cell proliferation and differentiation.
