Cdk9 Antibody (E-4) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody engineered to target Cyclin-dependent kinase 9 (Cdk9), also known as PITALRE or CDC2L4. anti-Cdk9 antibody (E-4) is designed to recognize an epitope mapping between amino acids 343-372 at the C-terminus of the human Cdk9 protein, ensuring precise detection and binding. Cdk9 is a pivotal member of the cyclin-dependent kinase family, primarily localized within the nucleus where Cdk9 plays a critical role in regulating transcription elongation by phosphorylating the C-terminal domain of RNA polymerase II.
