CD45RB Antibody (MEM-55) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody engineered to target the CD45RB isoform of CD45 protein, also known as Protein Tyrosine Phosphatase Receptor Type C (PTPRC). CD45RB is a vital transmembrane glycoprotein expressed on the surface of all nucleated hematopoietic cells in humans, rats, and mice, playing an essential role in regulating immune cell signaling and activation.
