    SEE ALSO...

CD4 Antibody (YTS 191.1.2) is a rat monoclonal IgG2b antibody engineered to recognize mouse CD4 protein, also known as T4 or Leu-3. Anti-CD4 antibody (YTS 191.1.2) targets an epitope on the extracellular region of CD4, a membrane-bound glycoprotein characterized by four immunoglobulin-like domains. The structural configuration of CD4 is critical for function, as CD4 facilitates binding to class II major histocompatibility complex (MHC) molecules presented by antigen-presenting cells. This interaction enhances stability and affinity of T cell receptor (TCR) with the antigen-MHC complex, thereby promoting effective T cell activation and robust immune responses. The structural integrity of CD4 enables function as a receptor for HIV, making CD4 a key molecule in studies related to viral entry and immune system interactions. Located on the surface of T helper cells, macrophages, dendritic cells, and other immune cells, CD4 plays a central role in coordinating immune responses and maintaining immune system balance. CD4 monoclonal antibody (YTS 191.1.2) is recommended for use in immunofluorescence (IF) and flow cytometry (FCM) applications, providing reliable detection of CD4 in various experimental settings. Anti-CD4 antibody (YTS 191.1.2) enables researchers to investigate expression patterns, structural-functional relationships, and regulatory mechanisms of CD4 in immune regulation, T cell development, and disease processes.
