    SEE ALSO...

CCNJL Antibody (B-1) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects CCNJL protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-CCNJL antibody (B-1) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. CCNJL, also known as Cyclin J, plays a crucial role in regulating the cell cycle by forming complexes with cyclin-dependent kinases (Cdks), which are essential for activating protein kinase functions necessary for cell division. CCNJL (B-1) monoclonal antibody is particularly important for studying early embryonic development, where kinase activity is required for rapid division cycles. CCNJL consists of 435 amino acids and features a cyclin N-terminal domain, with two isoforms generated through alternative splicing, allowing for functional diversity in cellular processes. Cyclin concentrations fluctuate throughout the cell cycle to ensure appropriate responses to developmental cues, making CCNJL and its interactions vital for understanding cell cycle regulation and potential implications in developmental biology and cancer research.

What application is the blocking peptide sc-376075 P appropriate for?

    Asked by: jenniferc
Thank you for your question. The blocking peptide is intended for use as a negative control, by pre-adsorbing the mouse monoclonal antibody against the antigen. For full protocol details, please contact our Technical Services Department or view our online protocol here: https://www.scbt.com/scbt/resources/protocols/peptide-neutralization
