    SEE ALSO...

CCL14 Antibody (E-12) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects CCL14 protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). CCL14 (E-12) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. CCL14, a member of the intercrine β (chemokine C-C) family, plays a crucial role in the immune response by acting as a chemotactic factor that attracts monocytes, eosinophils, and T cells to sites of inflammation. CCL14 is primarily secreted and functions by binding to specific receptors, including CCR1, CCR3, and CCR5, which are essential for mediating immune cell migration. Notably, the processed form of CCL14, known as HCC-1(9-74), exhibits enhanced receptor affinity and is vital for the recruitment of immune cells during inflammatory responses. CCL14 has been shown to promote the proliferation of CD34 myeloid progenitor cells, highlighting its importance in hematopoiesis and immune system regulation. Understanding CCL14 function and interactions is critical for developing therapeutic strategies targeting inflammatory diseases and immune disorders.

What application is the blocking peptide sc-376152 P appropriate for?

    Asked by: Randy McDonald
Thank you for your question. The blocking peptide is intended for use as a negative control, by pre-adsorbing the mouse monoclonal antibody against the antigen. For full protocol details, please contact our Technical Services Department or view our online protocol here: https://www.scbt.com/scbt/resources/protocols/peptide-neutralization
