CBP Antibody (C-1) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects CBP protein of mouse, rat, and human origin through various applications including western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). CBP (C-1) antibody is offered in both non-conjugated and multiple conjugated forms, such as agarose, horseradish peroxidase, phycoerythrin, fluorescein isothiocyanate, and various Alexa Fluor® conjugates. CBP protein, also known as CREBBP or KAT3A, plays a crucial role in regulating gene expression in response to cyclic AMP signaling, particularly through interaction with the cAMP-regulated enhancer (CRE).
