CARF Antibody (14.4) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects CARF protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). CARF, or calcium-response factor, also known as ALS2CR8 (amyotrophic lateral sclerosis 2 chromosomal region candidate gene 8 protein) or NYD-SP24, is a 725 amino acid nuclear protein predominantly expressed in various tissues, with highest levels found in the hippocampus.
