CaMKIV Antibody (H-5) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects CaMKIV protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-CaMKIV antibody (H-5) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. CaMKIV plays a crucial role in cellular signaling pathways, particularly in the regulation of gene expression and T cell activation. CaMKIV is primarily located in the nucleus, where CaMKIV phosphorylates transcription factors, thereby influencing the transcription of genes involved in immune responses and neuronal functions.
