Calpain 9 Antibody (E-6) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a antibody that detects Calpain 9 in human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Calpain 9 is a member of a family of 14 intracellular calcium-activated cysteine proteases, which play crucial roles in various cellular processes, including apoptosis, cell migration, and cytoskeletal remodeling.
