    SEE ALSO...

RWDD2B Antibody (D-4) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects RWDD2B of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). RWDD2B (D-4) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. RWDD2B, also known as C21orf6, consists of 319 amino acids and is ubiquitously expressed across various tissues, highlighting its potential role in fundamental cellular processes. RWDD2B contains a single RWD domain, a conserved structural motif approximately 110 amino acids in length, which is implicated in mediating protein-protein interactions. RWD domains are found in a variety of proteins, including RING finger proteins and DEAD-like helicases, suggesting RWDD2B may play a critical role in cellular signaling pathways and regulatory mechanisms. RWDD2B is located on chromosome 21, a region associated with several genetic disorders, including Down syndrome, Alzheimer′s disease, and certain leukemias, underscoring the significance of RWDD2B in both health and disease.

What blocking solution should I use with RWDD2B (D-4): sc-514511 monoclonal antibody for Western blot?

    Asked by: Randy McDonald
Thank you for your question. We recommend blocking with Blotto (either TBS Blotto A: sc-2333 or TBS Blotto B: sc-2335). Our Western blot protocol can be found here: https://www.scbt.com/scbt/resources/protocols/western-immuno-blotting
