    SEE ALSO...

C12orf50 Antibody (E-1) is a mouse monoclonal IgM antibody that detects C12orf50 of human, mouse, and rat origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-C12orf50 antibody (E-1) is available as a non-conjugated format. C12orf50, located on chromosome 12, shows potential involvement in various skeletal deformities and developmental disorders. C12orf50 plays a role in critical cellular processes, though specific functions remain under investigation. C12orf50 may interact with proteins involved in signaling pathways that regulate cell growth and differentiation, essential for normal skeletal development and function. Research into C12orf50 interactions and pathways could reveal mechanisms underlying skeletal deformities linked to chromosome 12, including hypochondrogenesis and achondrogenesis. Anti-C12orf50 antibody (E-1)′s multi-species detection capability makes this reagent valuable for studying C12orf50′s role in health and disease, particularly in developmental biology and genetic disorders.

What application is the blocking peptide sc-377275 P appropriate for?

    Asked by: Germaine
Thank you for your question. The blocking peptide is intended for use as a negative control, by pre-adsorbing the mouse monoclonal antibody against the antigen. For full protocol details, please contact our Technical Services Department or view our online protocol here: https://www.scbt.com/scbt/resources/protocols/peptide-neutralization
