BNIP-1 Antibody (5) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects BNIP-1 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), and immunofluorescence (IF). Anti-BNIP-1 antibody (5) is available as non-conjugated format. BNIP-1 protein plays a crucial role in regulating apoptosis, functioning as a pro-apoptotic member of the Bcl-2 family. BNIP-1 (5) antibody localizes to the nuclear envelope, endoplasmic reticulum, and mitochondria through a hydrophobic transmembrane domain, which enables interaction with other apoptotic regulators.
