BMPR-IB Antibody (C-8) is a mouse monoclonal IgG3 kappa light chain antibody that detects BMPR-IB protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-BMPR-IB antibody (C-8) is available as a non-conjugated format. BMPR-IB protein, also known as Bone Morphogenetic Protein Receptor Type 1B, plays a crucial role in transforming growth factor β superfamily signaling pathways, which regulate cell differentiation, proliferation, and apoptosis.
