Bcl10 Antibody (331.3) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects Bcl10 of mouse, rat, and human origin through applications such as western blotting, immunoprecipitation, immunofluorescence, immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Furthermore, Bcl10 has been implicated in the processing of caspase-9 to its active dimer, highlighting importance in apoptotic signaling.
