    SEE ALSO...

BAT4 Antibody (F-12) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects BAT4 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). BAT4 (F-12) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. BAT4 protein, also known as ANKRD59, G5, or GPATCH10, is a 356 amino acid protein characterized by one G-patch domain and two ankyrin repeats, which are crucial for mediating protein-protein interactions. This structural composition suggests BAT4 may play a vital role in cellular signaling pathways and immune responses, particularly in gene expression regulation and inflammatory process modulation. BAT4 gene is located on human chromosome 6, a region associated with various health conditions, including early onset intestinal cancer and several neuropsychiatric disorders. Deletion of a portion of chromosome 6q has been linked to a cancer susceptibility locus, highlighting BAT4′s importance in both normal physiology and disease states.
