B7-H3 Antibody (F-11) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects B7-H3 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). B7-H3 (F-11) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. B7-H3, also known as B7-homolog 3 or B7RP-2, is a member of the B7 immunoglobulin superfamily and plays a crucial role in regulating T cell activation and immune responses. B7-H3 is widely expressed in non-lymphoid tissues and interacts with a putative receptor on activated T cells, distinct from other well-known costimulatory molecules such as CD28, CTLA-4, ICOS, and PD-1. B7-H3 costimulates proliferation of both CD4+ and CD8+ T cells, which is vital for effective immune responses. B7-H3′s ability to enhance Th1 and cytotoxic T cell responses suggests potential antitumor activity, making B7-H3 a promising target for therapeutic interventions in cancer treatment. B7-H3′s interactions may play a significant role in modulating cell-mediated immune responses against tumors, highlighting B7-H3′s importance in developing novel immunotherapies.
