SEE ALSO...

ARL5A Antibody (G-9) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects ARL5A of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). ARL5A monoclonal antibody (G-9) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. ARL5A, also known as ADP-ribosylation factor-like protein 5, consists of 179 amino acids and is a member of the highly conserved ADP-ribosylation factor family, which plays a crucial role in eukaryotic vesicular trafficking pathways. While many ARF family members enhance the activity of ADP-ribosyltransferases, ARL5A is unique in lacking this enhancing activity. Nuclear localization of ARL5A is significant, as ARL5A has been shown to interact with heterochromatin protein 1 alpha (HP1α), suggesting a potential role in nuclear dynamics and embryonic development signaling pathways. ARL5A participation in these processes underscores ARL5A′s importance in cellular function and development, making anti-ARL5A antibody (G-9) a valuable tool for researchers studying these critical biological mechanisms.
