    SEE ALSO...

ARHGAP39 Antibody (D-6) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects ARHGAP39 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-ARHGAP39 antibody (D-6) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. ARHGAP39, also known as KIAA1688, plays a crucial role in cellular signaling by acting as a GTPase-activating protein (GAP) that accelerates the hydrolysis of GTP to GDP on Ras-related proteins, thereby downregulating their active forms. This function is vital for regulating the Rho family of GTPases, which are involved in various cellular processes such as cytoskeletal dynamics, cell migration, and proliferation. ARHGAP39 consists of 1,083 amino acids and features one MyTH4 domain, one Rho-GAP domain, and two WW domains, which are essential for interaction with other proteins and cellular components. The gene encoding ARHGAP39 is located on human chromosome 8, a region associated with several diseases, including schizophrenia and various malignancies, highlighting the importance of understanding ARHGAP39 function and regulation in health and disease.
