SEE ALSO...

ARA160 Antibody (C-10) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects ARA160 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). ARA160 (C-10) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. ARA160 plays a crucial role in regulating androgen receptor (AR) activity, which is essential for male reproductive physiology and male characteristics development. ARA160 interacts with AR and modulates transcriptional activity, influencing gene expression critical for male reproductive function. This interaction holds particular importance as AR mediates effects of androgens like testosterone and dihydrotestosterone, vital for male development and health. ARA160′s association with chromatin remodeling complexes, such as the SNF/SWI complex, further emphasizes its significance in facilitating gene expression changes in response to hormonal signals. Using anti-ARA160 antibody (C-10) enables researchers to gain valuable insights into molecular mechanisms underlying androgen signaling and implications in male reproductive health.
