    SEE ALSO...

ANKRD20A Antibody (B-9) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects ANKRD20A protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). ANKRD20A monoclonal antibody (B-9) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. ANKRD20A protein consists of 823 amino acids and is characterized by five ankyrin repeats, playing a crucial role in cellular signaling and protein-protein interactions essential for maintaining cellular integrity and function. Located primarily in the cytoplasm, ANKRD20A regulates various cellular processes, including cell cycle progression and apoptosis, making ANKRD20A vital for normal cellular function and development. Mutations in ANKRD20A can lead to significant health issues, including genetic disorders associated with chromosome 9, such as hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia and familial dysautonomia. ANKRD20A′s location on chromosome 9, which is implicated in various genetic diseases and translocations leading to conditions like leukemia, underscores the importance of studying ANKRD20A in both health and disease contexts.
