I get two bands on my Western Blot (tissue lysate), one at about 56 kDa and another one at approximately 70 kDa. The upper one is much more equal and seems to be a better loading control. Which one should I use for Quantification?

Can I use this mouse monoclonal antibody for immunohistochemical staining of mouse tissue?

Yes. We recommend using a directly conjugated mouse monoclonal primary antibody. This mouse monoclonal alpha-Tubulin antibody is currently available conjugated to either phycoerythrin (sc-5286 PE), fluoroscein (sc-5286 FITC), Alexa Fluor® 488 (sc-5286 AF488) or Alexa Fluor® 647 (sc-5286 AF647), 200 µg/ml, for IF, IHC(P) and FCM.
